Garlic Bread Sea Cucumber

As its name suggests, the garlic bread sea cucumber looks like a loaf of garlic bread, or even a baguette!

This adorable sea cucumber is harvested and eaten as a Chinese delicacy. However, it contains toxins and must be prepared correctly to make them safe to eat. Also, the garlic bread sea cucumber is sadly locally endangered as it is threatened by coastal development and overcollection.
