What types of programmes do you offer?
- We offer a wide range of programmes including assembly talks, guided walks, learning journeys, interactive booths, and hands-on workshops tailored for schools, corporates, and the public.

How long are your programmes?
- The duration of our programmes varies, but typically ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours. Do refer to the respective Eventbrite pages for each tour for more information.
- For private programmes, we can also customise the duration according to your needs.
Can your programmes be customised?
- Absolutely! We have delivered many programmes tailored to specific age groups, learning objectives, and outcomes. Do note that due to the extent of customisation, additional rates may apply. What is your cancellation policy?
- For school and corporate programmes, advance notice is required for cancellations.
- For guided tours (i.e. intertidal walks and mangrove night walks), as we reserve the slot for you and may turn down other bookings, no refunds will be provided once payment has been made, unless the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or other conditions beyond our control.
Who will be leading the programmes?
- Programmes are typically led by Biogirl MJ unless otherwise stated on the Eventbrite page itself. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts, a trained and experienced facilitator from the JKT Programmes Team will conduct the programme, but rest assured that any changes will be communicated in advance.
